I've been using Skyfire these days and I really like how it renders the webpages. It supports Ajax, JavaScript, Flash. One drawback I've noticed is the high bandwidth usage. For every action,change you do on the website (including zooming and field value changing) the browsers will send and retrieve data from the server. The best way to use it is on a WiFi connection.

As of version 6.7.1 I can strongly affirm that NetBeans is the best web development IDE in terms of productivity, ease of use, costs and support. For those who like Adobe Dreamweaver and Eclipse I suggest you try NetBeans. I am sure you'll like it!
